This is the original set of rehoused vintage Soviet primes offered by the Ukraine-based company Iron Glass. The original housing, very similar to Zeiss Super Speeds, places the iris ring on the front and telescopes when racking focus. The set centers around the infamous Helios 44-2 58mm T/2.1, rounded out by other popular Soviet focal lenses to create a 6-lens set. Frankly, this set is not the best when it comes to color-matching (still workable, of course), but if you’re looking for an extremely affordable set of vintage FF primes, with world-famous bokeh and extremely wild flares, this is the perfect set for you.
